During this brief and intensive course, our primary emphasis will be on enhancing your ability to lead and self-motivate effectively. You will receive practical tools that can be immediately implemented.

In the program, you will be introduced to several leadership, communication, sales, and coaching tools that will help you improve your performance as a sales coach for your salespeople.
