Program Highligts
Introduction
After Personal Leadership Program™ II, you will have met all the techniques and tools you can use to shape your private and professional life. In the third part, the specialization starts, where you can immerse yourself in the aspects that are particularly relevant to you. You will get a personal coach who will follow you and instruct you in your individual course through the program.
The training is organized so that you follow Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ I, but now as an assistant coach.
You will participate in all modules, and before each module, you will get personal coaching, where we organize and adjust your own development plan.

Certification requirements for PLP™ Performance Facilitator
Certification Requirements for PLP™ Performance Facilitator
After completing PLP™ I, PLP™ II, and following a PLP™ I team, you have the opportunity to become a certified PLP™ Performance Facilitator.
Certification requires that you:
- Facilitate five Online Training Evenings throughout the year. These are 2-hour sessions for both current and former students.
- Complete your PLP™ III project
PLP™ III Project
The purpose of the PLP™ III project is to demonstrate and integrate what you have gained from PLP™ I–III by developing a project based on a theme you personally choose from the program.
The project allows you to explore this theme in greater depth and apply the perspectives, models, and insights you have worked with during the training.
The project report (5–10 pages) should include:
- A description of the chosen theme and the purpose of the project
- How you carried out the project
- Your reflections on the process and what you gained from it
The main focus of the report is your reflection on the process and your development throughout the project.
Certification requirements for PLP™ Business Coach
You will also have the opportunity to become a certified PLP™ Business Coach with the right to call yourself an Executive Talent Coach.
What it requires is, in addition to the above, 100 hours of documented coaching.
