Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ III

PLP™ III enables you to become a certified PLP™ Business Coach according to international standards.

Assistant Coach

After PLP™ II, you will have met all the techniques and tools you can use to shape your private and professional life. In the third part, the specialization starts, where you can immerse yourself in the aspects that are particularly relevant to you. You will get a personal coach who will follow you and instruct you in your individual course through the program.

The training is organized so that you follow Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ I, but now as an assistant coach. You will participate in all modules, and before each module, you will get personal coaching, where we organize and adjust your own development plan.

On PLP™ III you work with:

• Your own management style – What are your goals and your strengths?
• Specialization – You will get your own development program.
• Implementation – You will be supported in integrating your skills into everyday life.
• Competence – You will move from consciously competent to unconsciously competent.
• Coaching – You will be an assistant trainer in the first part of the program. At the same time, you will receive coaching from the trainers.
• Levels – You will be uncovering several levels in the training so that you can model techniques to influence both the conscious and the unconscious.

Certification requirements for PLP™ Performance Facilitator

After you have passed PLP™ I, PLP II and followed a PLP™ I team, you will have the opportunity to become a certified PLP™ Performance Facilitator. Certification is based on completing your PLP™ III project and participating as a leader in 6 virtual training sessions.

The purpose of the PLP™ III project is for you to manifest your learning on PLP™ I to III in the form of a project where you go into depth with a self-selected theme from PLP™ I – III. 

The project report, which comprises 5-10 pages, contains a description of what the project is about, how you have completed the project, and what thoughts you have about the project, focusing on your reflection on the process.

Network

You get to know your fellow students well during the program, and you get the opportunity to build strong professional networks consisting of leaders from both the public and private sectors. A professional network is an important part of your development as a leader.

After Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ III, you have the opportunity to become a Professional Coach and Mentor.
