April | Satisfaction Selling and the Satisfaction Cycle
Mastering the sales process starts with understanding the 7 C’s of Satisfaction Selling. This workshop will guide you through its stages and show you how to align your customer’s needs at every step. You’ll learn how to move customers from initial curiosity to a confident decision to act. Through guided examples and breakout discussions, you’ll apply the Satisfaction Selling method to real-world scenarios, identifying where your customers are and how to effectively guide them forward.
May | Centering – Personal Positive State Control & Connection
To succeed in sales, maintaining a positive state and building authentic rapport are essential skills. September | Compulsion – Closing the Gap

By closing the gap between the Present State (P.S.+) and Desired State (D.S.++), you’ll help your customers move confidently toward action. October | Commitment – Achieving Agreement

November | Compliance – Closing the Deal!

By structuring compelling agreements and leveraging the psychology of compliance, you’ll set the stage for lasting relationships.
