CEO and Founder
Henrik is a Master Trainer and Executive Coach. Throughout his career, which began in 2000, Henrik has provided training to leaders, executives, and professionals worldwide. During this same period, he has also co-authored multiple books on personal development, sales, leadership, and communication.
Lisa Clemmensen
Brand Manager
Lisa has been an integral part of Acuity World’s Holte office since 2015, driving the development and promotion of the company. She ensures that Acuity World’s brand and offerings are strategically positioned and effectively communicated to the right audience

With over seven years of experience as a founder and independent consultant, Frederik specializes in guiding companies from product development to delivering exceptional end-user experiences. At Acuity World, his main focus is onboarding leaders into our Personal Leadership Program – PLP™.

Author of the two books ‘Mental Strategies for Middle Managers’ and ‘Mental Strategies for Golfers’.
