Theoretical skills into results in practice
Leaders who create good results know how to combine a high level of professionalism and a good business understanding with strong personal and social skills. In other words, successful leaders have the personal and social competencies to translate theoretical skills into results in practice.
Our experience tells us that most leaders are skilled in the professional and business areas, while they often experience challenges in the personal and social areas of competence. Our goal is that you, as a leader, obtain the personal and social skills you need to achieve your goals. This education will provide you with practical training in situations that may arise in this role.
The theory will be gained through live training in groups, which will be linked directly to the practical training. The training will take place in groups of no more than 20 participants, as we make it a high priority that there is time for each individual person.

Requirement for certification
To become a Certified PLP™ Practitioner and NLP™ Business Practitioner, you need to complete the following requirements:
- Participate in the 4 modules of the PLP program (held in Holte).
- Attend at least 5 Online Training Evenings.
- Attend 10 Online Global Master Classes.
- Pass a written and practical test at the end of module 4.
Key Details:
- Online Training Evenings: These are 2-hour sessions where you’ll join a PLP IV facilitator and other students.
- Online Global Master Classes: These are also 2-hour sessions, led by PLP instructor Henrik Wenøe and American partner Dr. Joseph Riggio. These classes are held on the last Monday of each month.
Confidential Network
You get to know your fellow students well during the program, and you get the opportunity to build strong professional networks consisting of leaders from both the public and private sectors. A professional network is an important part of your development as a leader.
Facilitators
Your instructors will be Henrik Wenøe and Liselotte Pedersen, both highly certified Transformational Facilitators and Professional Coaches with extensive practical and theoretical expertise in leadership development. With over 25 years of experience and deep insight into organizational management, they bring a wealth of knowledge to help you grow and succeed.
Personal Leadership - PL™ (Only module 1)
If you’re not ready to commit to the entire Personal Leadership Program – PLP I, we offer the option to start with just Module 1. This 3½-day is priced at DKK 19,500 (ex. VAT). After this module, you will receive a course certificate for completed training. Read more here
