Introduction

Participants often come from sales and commercial leadership roles, where results are shaped through communication, coaching and the ability to create ownership across a team.

The program develops the personal leadership behind how you think, communicate and lead in practice, with a strong emphasis social capabilities and insights drawn from New NLP.

This translates into how you create motivation, alignment and consistent performance in your team.

For many leaders, PLP™ becomes a defining shift in how they lead teams, develop people and create results over time.

At the Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ I, you work with leadership, communication and coaching tools designed to strengthen your personal leadership, the foundation for leading others effectively.

Many participants come from sales and commercial leadership roles, where the ability to motivate and guide people directly impacts results.

The program provides practical ways to create clarity, build motivation and develop the daily behaviors that drive strong and consistent performance.

The PLP Learning Journey

PLP™ is a practice-based leadership development program structured around four modules over the course of one year. The program unfolds as a continuous learning journey, where you develop your personal leadership as your responsibility and influence expand.

The program is built on active engagement, training, and reflection, starting from what already works in your leadership. Through exercises, feedback, dialogue, and real-world application, participants work within a structured process where strengths are reinforced and insights are translated into action between modules.

Personal Leadership for Sales Performance

Develop the personal clarity and mindset required to lead people who are responsible for revenue and customer relationships.

        Between the Modules

        Development in PLP™ does not take place only during the modules. Between the in-person modules in Holte, participants also take part in:

        • 10 Online Global Master Classes (2 hours each, held on the last Monday of each month)
        • Online training sessions facilitated by a PLP IV facilitator

        During this period, you continue working with integration, reflection, and real-world application in your own leadership. The ongoing dialogue and training with fellow participants create continuity, deepen learning, and build a trusted professional network that supports your development throughout the year.

        Confidential Peer Network

        You get to know your fellow students well during the program, and you get the opportunity to build strong professional networks consisting of leaders from both the public and private sectors. A professional network is an important part of your development as a leader.

        Certification

        Participants who complete the program are certified as:

        Certified PLP™ Practitioner by The Association of PLP™

        NLP™ Business Practitioner – based on international NLP standards and certified under the authority of Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP.

        Personal Leadership - PL™ (Only module 1)

        If you’re not ready to commit to the entire Personal Leadership Program – PLP I, we offer the option to start with just Module 1. This 3½-day is priced at DKK 19,500 (ex. VAT). After this module, you will receive a course certificate for completed training. Read more here
