Personal Leadership Program
To lead your team at a level that is deep enough to be effective, it is necessary to develop a complete set of skills that will enable you to read and decode physical signals, understand and use advanced linguistic patterns, and much more. It takes time and practice to learn.
Five levels
Our Personal Leadership Program is built around five levels. It’s up to you how many levels you want to complete and how skilled you want to be.
Personal Leadership – PL™
1 module of 3,5 days
During this brief and intensive course, our primary emphasis will be on enhancing your ability to lead and self-motivate effectively. You will receive practical tools that can be immediately implemented.
Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ I
4 modules of 3,5 days
In the program, you will be introduced to several leadership, communication, sales, and coaching tools that will help you improve your performance as a sales coach for your salespeople.
Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ II
4 modules of 3,5 days
After PLP™ I, you can further your education and become a PLP™ Master Practitioner and NLP™ Master Practitioner.
Personal Leadership – PLP III™
4 modules of 3,5 days
After PLP™ II, you can further your education and become a PLP™ Performance Facilitator and Business Coach.
Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ IV
4 modules of 3,5 days
After PLP™ III, you can further your education and become a PLP™ Tranformance Facilitator and a Professional Coach & Mentor.
