Our personal coaches typically work with clients in person, over the phone, or online. They help clients identify their strengths, values, and goals and then work with them to develop a plan to achieve those goals. They may also support and guide clients through challenges and obstacles.

How does it take place?
Each coaching is organized individually and can take place at your home, company, online or at our falilities in Holte, Denmark.
At the first session you and the coach will get to know each other and get to the bottom of the desired state you want to be in.
The subsequent coaching sessions last approx. 1 hour. The coaching relationship and the content of the coaching are, of course kept strictly confidential. To get the most out of the coaching process, we recommend that at the start, there is no more than a week or a maximum of 14 days between each coaching session.
A price advantage can be gained by purchasing cutting cards for your with more significant needs.
