What is Executive Coaching?

Coaching at senior management level

The executive coaching process typically begins with assessing the executive’s strengths and goals. The coach then works with the executive to develop a plan for achieving those goals, which may involve developing specific skills or changing certain behaviors. Throughout the coaching process, the coach provides feedback, support, and guidance to help the executive stay on track and progress toward their goals.

Executive coaching can cover various topics, including leadership development, communication skills, time management, strategic planning, team building, and conflict resolution. It is often used as a tool for personal and professional growth, as well as for organizational development and succession planning.

How does it take place?

Each coaching is organized individually and can take place at your home, company, online or at our falilities in Holte, Denmark.

At the first session, we usually allocate 2 hours so that you and the coach can get to know each other and get to the bottom of the desired state you want to be in. 

The subsequent coaching sessions last approx. 1 hour. The coaching relationship and the content of the coaching are, of course kept strictly confidential. To get the most out of the coaching process, we recommend that at the start, there is no more than a week or a maximum of 14 days between each coaching session.

For companies with more significant needs, a price advantage can be gained by purchasing cutting cards. Clip cards are for a more significant number of hours of coaching, which can be used freely by different employees and departments in the company.
