To create even greater value for our customers, we have chosen to target our leadership training to people who work in sales and marketing. Our experiences through many years have shown us that the training programs that have had the biggest impact and where we have seen the best results are the programs where the company’s sales management did not just stand on the sidelines and watch while we trained their employee. These were the programs where the sales managers took on an active role in the training and after the training used their coaching and training role in their daily work with their salespeople using our tools, both in customer meetings with their sales people and in their regular follow-ups.

During the Personal Leadership course, we will introduce the Customer Development Strategy™ as a central model for creating a healthy and sustainable business. The model essentially describes how to attract and develop loyal customers and committed and engaged employees – and how to develop them into what we call Positive Activists.

During the Personal Leadership course, we convert theory into practical experience. Through the course you will gain access to and strengthen your personal and authentic leadership style. We will provide you with practical tools that you can apply instantly. We will not just teach you what to do, but also how to apply your new skills in a way that works.

Personal Leadership Program – PLP™
The 3½ day Personal Leadership course corresponds to the first module of our leadership training Personal Leadership Program – PLP™ I, which consists of four modules (Personal Leadership, Personal Communication, Personal Coaching, and Personal Selling). If you wish to continue with the entire program and become a certified PLP™ and/or NLP™ Practitioner, you have the option of getting the first part (Personal Leadership) transferred.
Your teachers will be a team of high certified Transformational Facilitators and Professional Coaches with broad practical and theoretical experience in the field of sales and leadership. You will be learning from people with great insight into organizational management and with over 25 years of experience.

Learning and working with New NLP on the Personal Leadership course has allowed me to help my colleagues be more precise in expressing what they want and how they know they have achieved their goals.
It has also strengthened me in working with others to get them to focus on what they want – instead of, as before, getting hung up on what they didn’t like.
Using the principles from the Personal Leadership Spiral (PLS) has been good for the department. I get my employees in a good mood by asking them to draw on positive experiences or experiences from the past, formulate what they want – and finally, “what will it take for that to happen?” It is new. It seems unproblematic. And then, I became aware of using “yes-set.” All in all, small, simple tools with a significant impact

After I when on the Personal Leadership course, I saw my colleagues’ and employees’ different models of the world and entered into a dialogue on their levels.
I now use questioning techniques to get the employees to find the answer in their development and goal setting. I have become better at communicating clearly and distinctly.
I now make people feel comfortable by listening carefully and asking questions. They are much more focused on it now compared to before.
